  • Steven Greenfield – President and Chief Executive Officer

    Steven is the founder of Middle Office Solutions LLC. He also operates Salo Ventures LLC, a private equity company in New York City specializing in start ups. His career has consisted of starting up and/or managing several successful companies. He has served three terms on the Board of Directors of The International Licensing Asspciation (LIMA), and currently serves on several other boards as well. Steven received his MBA from Harvard Business School following undergraduate studies at Brandeis University.

  • Robert Tjia - Chief Technology Officer

    Robert is responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of all software applications at Middle Office LLC. He has 20 years of experience developing various types of software in the financial services, insurance, and scientific industries. Recently, he has focused on designing complex enterprise-level applications that have stringent requirements for security, performance, and service availability. He holds an M. Sc from the University of Toledo and a B. Eng. from the National University of Singapore.

  • David Lancer - Chief Information Officer

    David is responsible for all client implementations at Middle Office Solutions LLC. He has 10 years of experience in financial services software. Prior to joining Middle Office Solutions, David held senior positions at Ipreo overseeing software platform implementations for top tier Broker/Dealers. He started his career as a developer working on insider trading applications for Wolters Kluwer working with Investment Managers.

  • Jose Manso – EVP Sales and Marketing

    Jose has twenty years of experience in global trade communications and settlements. Prior to joining Middle Office Solutionss he has served as V.P. of Post-Trade Services at SunGard and Managing Director for FMCNet Globally. He was responsible for FMCNet business which included sales, implementations, support, product management and Development. He served as Director of Strategic Sales and Account Management at Omgeo. Prior to joining Omgeo he was at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Jose's experience in domestic and global custody commenced in 1983 at US Trust.

  • Edward David – General Counsel

    Ed oversees the legal team at Middle Office Solutionss LLC. He has represented clients in all facets of banking, corporate, real estate, and licensing. Ed began his career in banking litigation and spent time early in his career as an adjunct professor. In addition to serving as General Counsel to Middle Office Solutionss LLC, he represents several public and privately held companies involved in software development, sales & licensing. Ed graduated from George Washington University Law School following undergraduate studies at Brandeis University.

  • Jordan Meschkow – General Counsel

    Jordan is a registered patent attorney. He has a background in mechanics, biology, and chemistry and specializes in all legal aspects of intellectual property. In addition, he has experience with obtaining patent, trademark, and copyright protection in the biotech, electronic hardware, computer software, mechanical, and telephony fields. Jordan is also a member of both the Arizona and Florida Bars, various courts including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
